As I stated on the homepage, over two and a half years ago, I changed my business model to focus on Distressed property for both Sellers and Buyers. The rapid change in the Financial Markets baffled even the seasoned financial experts. I knew the best way to help my customers was to entrench myself with the most up to date tools, information, and tactics that were available.
For the Sellers
– As a Certified Distressed Property Expert, I have access to the most up to date information regarding Distressed Properties. This has enabled me to find the best solution for each homeowner who may be going thru their own personal financial crisis.
Personally, by assisting Distressed Homeowners avoid foreclosure, and move on with their lives is the most rewarding work I have experienced in my career.
I have helped over 21 families avoid foreclosure, and I am working with another 18 families trying to resolve their financial situation.

Asset Management and REO’s
I have worked with dozens of Lenders and Asset Mangers. I have created a separate Division within FiftySix110 to focusing directly on the Protection and Marketing of Several National Lender’s assests. The Asset Management Division covers all of South West Florida including, but not limited to: Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Cape Coral, Ft. Myers, Ft. Myers Beach, Lehigh Acres, Estero, and Bonita Springs.
